Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in breathless anticipation:

“The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place.”
(Revelation 1:1)

This is mind-boggling, Jesus.

You’re giving me a glimpse into the future.

If You had revealed to me which company was about to quadruple in value on the New York Stock Exchange, I would do my best to handle that information responsibly.

I would also sell everything I had to buy that stock before it shot up in price.

But in this Book of Revelation You have revealed to me treasures infinitely more important than how I can increase my net worth during the few short days I have left on this earth.

O God!

Please enable me to understand your revelation.

Help me handle this information responsibly.

And open my eyes wide to the wisdom of devoting everything I have

to make these eternal treasures

mine.
