Lazaroo – Friday, December 20, 2013
Dec 20, 2013 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in grateful humility:
“May the Lord show mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, because he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chains.”
(2 Timothy 1:16)
They’re rare, aren’t they, Jesus?
The ones who will visit you in jail
who bring you food when you’re out of work
who unashamedly stand next to you
when your reputation takes a huge hit
who tell everyone you’re their friend
after you suffer a humiliating loss.
Thank You for those painful times, Father –
so I can discover who my friends
truly are.
