Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with deep reverence:

“Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth.”
(Revelation 1:5)

You were a faithful witness, Jesus.

You still are.

During Your ministry on earth 2,000 years ago, You were

kind to the weak, marginalized and helpless
tough on the proud, insensitive and powerful.

Today You still speak through those who dare to preach your message

without compromise.

You are the firstborn from the dead –

the one who defeated death, hell and the grave by Your resurrection!

You are the ruler of the kings of the earth who raises leaders to power and moves their hearts like a watercourse

wherever You please.

Your rule over them remains mostly invisible

for now.

But there is coming a day

when everyone on earth will fall on our faces and confess that beside You

there is no other.
