Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with all your heart, soul, mind and strength:

“I am so eager to preach the gospel…”
(Romans 1:15)

That’s who I want to be, Jesus!

I don’t want to be a reluctant witness.
I never want to be ashamed to tell people about You.

I don’t want to share Your good news out of obligation –

though because of all You’ve done for me
and because heaven and hell hang in the balance –

I am obligated.

I don’t want to work Your name into conversations
because some preacher or Christian author told me I should.

I don’t want to flush with embarrassment
when I admit

that I worship extravagantly during church services
serve in a ministry
read Your Word every day
tithe on every dollar I make
pray over everything
refuse any activity that might displease You.

I want to be exactly like Paul in this:

bursting with passionate excitement
to tell one more person about You.
