Pray this Lazaroo in solemn assessment:

“Their land is full of silver and gold…”
(Isaiah 2:7)

But since when has that been enough, Jesus?

We work long hours for money and the things it will buy

then come to the end of the day

exhausted, empty, dissatisfied.

So we work even harder, longer

thinking the solution will be found in more

but it isn’t.

Sadly, only then do we stop, look around

and turn to You

the only one who can satisfy
my longing soul.
