Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with faith-filled assurance:

“The LORD…cares for those who trust in him…”
(Nahum 1:7)

I trust in You, Jesus.

As a result, You take care of me.

Or is it that I trust in You

because You take care of me?

That’s as easy to answer as –

“Which came first – the chicken or the egg?”

First You created the chicken
then the chicken laid the egg.

First You created me

triggered my first spark of life
nurtured me in my mother’s womb
brought me through birth and beyond.

The reason I trust You so completely is simple:

You’ve cared for me all day/every day
to this very moment.

But You don’t let it stop there.

You reward me for trusting in You!

Every time I

witness
serve
tithe
worship –

just because You tell me to –

You lay up for me even more treasure in heaven

that no one can ever take away.
