Lazaroo – Saturday, April 6, 2013
Apr 06, 2013 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, filled with anticipation:
“What is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him? You made him a little lower than the angels; you crowned him with glory and honor and put everything under his feet.”
(Hebrews 2:6-7)
You didn’t experience this while You were on earth, did You, Jesus?
That happened only after they
criticized You
plotted against You
arrested You
unfairly tried You
wrongfully sentenced You
beat You
mocked You
crucified You
killed You.
You endured all of that out of Your love for me.
You knew that if You endured on this earth
it would pay off for You eternally
just as it will for me.
I sometimes forget what I have awaiting me in heaven!
As good as You are to me
the bulk of my reward is not here on earth
but comes when I reign with You
in heaven.
