That’s the question, isn’t it, Jesus?

Why do You care so much about us?

I mean…we’re such a mess.

Even the very best of us do so much sinning.

We make promise after promise to You – and mean it! –

then proceed to break almost every one.

But from my perspective, there’s an even bigger question:

Why am I so important to You?
What have I ever done to deserve this kind of attention?

Sorry.
Foolish question.

I’ve done nothing that merits You’re caring for me like You do.

I’m Your child.
You love me.

Therefore, You refuse to give up on me.

Is it that simple?

Probably not.

I’m that simple…

You’re a little more complicated. 😉

All I know is: Everything I do matters to You.

I can feel it.

Sometimes that unnerves me…

but…thank You.
