A lot of people have no desire to go to the fields, Jesus.

There’s a lot of work waiting for them out there.

The sun is hot.
The day is long.
The work is hard.
The risks are great.
The demands are high.
Wild animals roam nearby.

I could be talking about harvesting wheat, beans and corn…

but I’m not.

I’m talking about Your harvest of souls –

men, women, children who need to hear about You.

O God!
Let me go to the fields.
