I am so grateful, Jesus!

This closeness I feel with other believers

even those I meet for the first time
even those whose names I can’t remember

and especially those with whom I have

prayed
served
worshiped
witnessed

is not based on

wish so
think so
hope so

It’s grounded in Your love, forgiveness, mercy and goodness

that I myself have seen with my own eyes
that I myself have heard with my own ears
that I myself have experienced in my own life

and that Your followers here and around the world

have seen, heard and experienced for themselves, as well.

The fellowship, intimacy and camaraderie I experience with other believers is as

real
unshakable
indestructible

as the heaven we will one day share.
