I have no idea how the Corinthian church responded to this, Jesus.

But I know how they should’ve responded.

When You urge them to do something, they’d better jump to it.

Of course, the same is true of me.

But I don’t want to be the kind of follower who has to be pushed to obey.

Whether you urge me or not

may I be quick to respond to Your slightest suggestion.
