Tremble in holy fear, as you pray this Lazaroo: 

“The LORD has decreed for Jacob that his neighbors become his foes…”
(Lamentations 1:17)

I don’t want You to have to decree that for me, Jesus!

It’s bad enough to have enemies halfway around the globe.

But my neighbors?
The people who live next to me?

How could I ever rest?
I couldn’t!

Their eyes would be on me at all times.
I’d be utterly vulnerable.

Thank You for this sobering, much-needed reminder, Father:
