Lazaroo – Tuesday, March 6, 2012

Mar 06, 2012 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in deepest gratitude:

“How handsome you are, my lover!”
(Song of Songs 1:16)

I’ve always wondered about this, Jesus.

How is it that the man one woman calls “handsome”
another woman finds “repulsive?”

Some women admire a man who’s lean, muscular and chiseled

but other women are put off by somebody
who spends that much time in the gym

finding themselves far more attracted
to the chunky guy who has a little “meat on his bones!”

Same question when the shoe’s on the other foot:

One man brags to his friends about his gorgeous date
but when his friends see her

they laugh and stick their fingers down their throats.

True…

there are some men that most people agree are handsome
just as there are some women most people call beautiful

but not all.

You did this, didn’t You?

No matter what I look like

somebody out there thinks I’m cute.

I had to giggle on this one also. I was attracted to a blue eyed tall dark and handsome fellow but I think we soon realize that our Number 1 beloved is one who loves each of us as the “apple of His eye”. Now that’s love! And if we start out with that knowledge as a youngster and remember .. then He “can” give you just the right partner, and “rework him/her”. 🙂 or “us” if need be.
