There’s nowhere safe, is there, Jesus?

…if I’m running from You.

I can build my nest in the highest tree

secret it deep in a cave in the tallest mountain

to no avail

…if I’m trying to hide from You.

There’s only one place that’s safe:

wholehearted obedience to You.

There I dwell in the shelter of the most High

resting in the shadow of the Almighty

sound
secure.
