What a phenomenal thing it is when this happens, Jesus!

When people are energized
when they’re ready – and even eager –

to be led by a leader You’ve called
who is wholeheartedly committed to be led

only by You.

When this happens, everything falls into place.

You work through such people to accomplish great things
You draw to them everyone they need
all the resources they require
when they’re needed.

You give them victory after victory.

Everyone stands in awe
Your people are filled with joy
Your enemies are filled with terror
the entire landscape is transformed.

O God!

Raise up such leaders all over Your world.

Surround them
with dedicated, gifted people
who are ready and full-on passionate

to sell out for You.
