Lazaroo – Wednesday, February 9, 2011
Feb 09, 2011 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in total awe:
“Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was what looked like an expanse, sparkling like ice, and awesome.”
(Ezekiel 1:22)
“…sparkling like ice…”
He doesn’t have the words to accurately describe what You showed him – does he, Jesus?
I know those are the words You gave him…
but human vocabulary just can’t do it justice.
When you give one of us a glimpse of Your glory into a dimension beyond the limits of our own
there are no words.
But isn’t that what I’m stuck with, LORD –
the words in my vocabulary?
No, wait a minute.
That’s not true.
I have You living in me, Holy Spirit!
You’re the One Who opened Ezekiel’s eyes to view the invisible.
O God.
Do that in me.
Open my eyes to behold what up to this very moment
I have never been able to see.
