Lazaroo – Wednesday, May 14, 2014
May 14, 2014 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with pedal-to-the-metal commitment:
“You will be like…a garden without water.”
(Isaiah 1:30)
I wouldn’t want that, Jesus.
I’ve seen a few of those.
Doesn’t matter how beautiful the flowers
how healthy the vegetables
they all shrink, wither and die
without water.
Your Word is water to my parched, weary soul.
When I buy Satan’s lie
believing I’m too busy today to open my Bible
I shrink…wither…
and something inside me begins to die.
But when I drink deeply from the well of Your Word
each day
without fail –
I come alive!
