Lazaroo – Wednesday, September 29, 2010
Sep 29, 2010 I Lazaroo.
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with Holy Spirit determination:
“It was for the sake of the Name that they went out, receiving no help from the pagans. We ought therefore to show hospitality to such men so that we may work together for the truth.”
(3 John 1:8)
Thank You, Jesus.
It’s all too easy to lose sight of
my other eternal purpose.
It’s not just to
put my daily 1on1 time with You first
bring my friends, neighbors, coworkers and family members to You.
It’s to help my brothers and sisters do the same – especially those like lifeguards
who plunge into icy, angry seas in a desperate attempt
to save swimmers who blatantly ignored the warning flags
only to be pushed away
by some who would rather drown.
Show me these heroes of Yours as they come back to shore
shivering from exhaustion and cold.
Use me
to bring them warmth, encouragement…and Your love.
