That’s what You do, isn’t it, Jesus?

You call me
invite me
woo me.

Until I think it through, I fail to see how remarkable that is.

You don’t have to ask me to do anything.
You have the power to make me.

Anytime I don’t respond to Your call

You can throw a rope around my neck
and drag me to You.

But You don’t.

So when I don’t come
it’s my loss.
