Satan didn’t know, did he, Jesus?

Although he thought he did.

He knew You were born of a virgin

the Son of God.

He tried and failed to convince You to worship him

then watched You teach truth, perform miracles.

So he hatched his plan through Judas to have You crucified

not knowing Your death, burial and triumphant resurrection
would eradicate forever the sins of all who believe

including mine.
