Lazaroo – Wednesday, May 21, 2014

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in trembling faith:
“Woe to them!”
(Jude 1:11)
We don’t talk like this very much anymore, Jesus.
A lot of people have no idea what the word, “woe” means
nor – given its definition – would they want to.
When you say, “Woe to them!”
You’re saying a whole lot of bad stuff
is about to come down on their heads.
They’ve been doing evil to others
now they’re about to receive
what they’ve been dishing out.
Come to think of it…
the more common word, “Woah!” might work as well
because You’re about to stop them in their tracks.
