Lazaroo – Friday, May 2, 2014
No comments, May 02, 2014
Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in humble determination:
“Before a girl’s turn came to go in to King Xerxes, she had to complete twelve months of beauty treatments…”
(Esther 2:12)
A woman facing this regimen would have at least three choices, Jesus:
she could become furious at the insult
she could shrug it off, try to patiently endure it
or she could fully embrace it, with one thought only:
to look her best for the king.
That’s what’s going on with me right now, isn’t it?
I’ve still got some ugliness that needs to be corrected.
These trials I’m facing are my beauty treatments!
so on that Day I’ll look my best
for my King.
