Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in sold-out surrender:

That’s good, Jesus…

because I’m not doing so well on the ones I already know.

I have no excuse.
I know what I’m supposed to do.
I know You’ve promised to help me do it.

And still…I fall short.

Why?!

You deserve better from me.

You deserve better than me.

And still You chose me for Yourself before I was ever born –

knowing what a mess I would become
loving me anyway.

I can’t promise I’m going to do any better today.
I’ve over-promised and underperformed far too often.

But I’m sure gonna try.
