O Father!

Aren’t You the one who so loved the world
that You gave your one and only Son
that whoever believes in Him shall not perish
but have everlasting life?

So it can’t mean You don’t want me to love people.

It’s that You don’t want me to love my life in this world
more than I love You and my future in heaven.

Okay.
