Thank You for giving Your Church that guideline, Jesus!

But the way You’ve said this helps me understand something else:

If there is such a thing as excessive sorrow
there must also exist necessary sorrow.

In heaven there will be no more sorrow.

But here, You’ve decreed a measure of sorrow

to be absolutely essential

for me to become everything You’ve created me to be.
