Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with Godly discernment: 

“…for the LORD is a God who knows, and by him deeds are weighed.”
(1 Samuel 2:3)

So, Jesus…

each of my deeds has a specific weight?

Fascinating.

Sometimes I do a good deed because I’m forced to.

I’ll bet those don’t weigh too much.

Sometimes I do a good deed in order to make people praise me.

I’m guessing those weigh even less.

What if I do a good deed to help somebody?

There’s gotta be some weight to that!

But the heaviest deed of all – solid gold –

has to be when I do any deed
solely because of You.
