Pray this Lazaroo from the depths of your soul:

“…ungodly sinners…”
(Jude 1:15)

If it were anyone else talking, Jesus

I’d say that phrase is redundant.

All sinners are ungodly, right?

Apparently not.

When You say a thing – no matter how it first appears –

it bears a closer look.

So that means that in addition to ungodly sinners

there are godly sinners.

The ungodly are blatant, unashamed, defiant unbelievers.

I hope and pray that the sinning I repent of but do
is by someone You regard as godly.
