what am I doing that is utterly meaningless?

Am I filling any of these precious hours You’ve entrusted to me

with time-wasters?

Show me the brevity of my life on this earth!

Somehow help me envision the sand
speeding down, down into the bottom of the hourglass!

Remind me that I’ve never had less time than today

to lay up heavenly treasure with You for all eternity!
