Pray this Lazaroo with total transparency:

“Banish them for their many sins…”
(Psalms 5:10)

How can I ask You to banish those who’ve hurt me, Jesus

when I, too, have sinned countless times against You?

How dare I demand that You be harsh with them

while begging You to be merciful to me?

So I’m left with this:

Be merciful to us both!
Restore us both!

And help me forgive them

as thoroughly as I need You to forgive me.
