Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in grateful love:

“It has given me great joy to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as the Father commanded us.”
(2 John 1:4)

Help me experience that joy, Jesus!

Help me find one of Your children who is walking in the truth.

Allow me to feel the pride You feel because of their obedient faithfulness.

No one obeys You perfectly.

I know that.

In fact, I know it very well.

I’m one of those who hasn’t yet figured out how to follow You with the complete obedience You deserve.

Maybe that’s why it would mean so much to me to find someone doing it a little better than I am.

I could really use a Godly example to follow – someone who – although not at all perfect –

would inspire me

to walk just a little bit closer to You.
