Thank You for this reminder, Jesus.

Your truth is much more than a collection of facts.

Infinitely more.

Your truth is alive.

At this very moment, Your living truth is

stirring
operating
directing
acting

within me.

Sharper than any double-edged sword

Your truth penetrates me.

The razor-edge of Your truth is able

to divide my soul from my spirit.

It goes down, down, way down

into the joints of my body
into the very marrow of my bones.

Your truth knows my heart so intimately that it accurately judges

the color of my attitudes
my every thought.

But it’s more than that, isn’t it?

Much more.

It’s personal.

Because You –

are the truth.

And ever since that life-changing day I placed my trust in You alone, it is

You!

who live in me.
