Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with wholehearted dedication:

“The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you’…”

That’s what I long for, Jesus…

but it still comes down to what I do
with what You give.

In this case, Holy Spirit, You came upon the Virgin Mary
transforming her into the mother of our Savior.

She stayed true to the end.

But when You came upon Saul
transforming him into the first King of Israel

he let it go to his head
losing what he had been given.

You’ve been so generous to me!

Now it’s up to me
to stay true.
