Lazaroo – Friday, January 23, 2015

Jan 23, 2015 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in trusting surrender:

“That day – may it turn to darkness; may God above not care about it; may no light shine upon it.”
(Job 3:4)

Job was in a scary place, Jesus –

cursing the day of his birth.

As is usually the case when we’re in the depths of despair

he was wrong about his past
because he was clueless about his future.

In his pain he could not possibly have known

that You were about to turn everything around
and give him an awesome life.

The God of Job is the God of me.

You’ve done that very thing for countless others, LORD.

Do it for me.
