I can’t wait to see You –

not as some artist has guessed You to be
not as I’ve imagined You to be

but as You really are
in all Your love, radiance, majesty.

Wow.
What a day that will be!

Actually, though…I don’t have to wait, do I?

You’ve given me a way to get a glimpse of You on earth.

Every time I look into the face
of one hurting person I’ve helped

I’ve just seen You.
