Beg God for holy discernment, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo: 

“They dedicated it and set its doors in place…”
(Nehemiah 3:1)

Doors are pretty important, Jesus.

They can let people in
or keep them out.

At first thought, it sounds wonderful (not to mention politically correct) to say:

“My doors will always be open to everyone!”

But that’s not Biblical, is it?

Nor is it safe.
Nor is it wise.

The problem with most of us?

We open our doors for the wrong people
and shut them to keep the right people out.

Show me, LORD!

which people belong in my life…
and whom I must avoid at all costs.
