Lazaroo – Saturday, April 24, 2010

Apr 24, 2010 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with full-on ardor:

“All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing.”
(Colossians 1:6)

It started with You, Jesus.

Then there were a handful of followers.

On the morning of the Day of Pentecost, 120 men and women were openly following You.

by evening there were 3,120.

You began adding to that number daily and You’re still doing it 2,000 years later.

Today, there are more than 2 billion people – one-third of the population of this planet – who claim You as their Savior.

How many of them are genuine Christians?
more than mere church members?
wholehearted followers?

I don’t know
but You do.

It’s not my place to judge.

I’ve got my hands full making sure I’m the real deal

and making sure I’m doing everything I can

to keep adding daily to the number

who are bearing fruit

and truly following You.
