So, Jesus…

You’re saying I can run
but I can’t hide.

Good.

Because I don’t want to run from You.
Tried that. Learned the hard way:

Doesn’t work.

The only reason I ever want to run from You is when I know in my soul that what I’m doing is wrong.

But O God!

I want to experience the sweet thrill of knowing in my soul
that what I’m doing is right!

When that’s the case – when I’m living in full obedience to You

I’m still running…

but not from.
