Lazaroo – Saturday, February 5, 2011

Feb 05, 2011 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with eyes wide open:

“The word of the LORD came to me again: ‘What do you see?’ ‘I see a boiling pot, tilting away from the north,’ I answered.”
(Jeremiah 1:13)

What are You showing me that I’m missing, Jesus?
I don’t want to be limited to what I can see with the naked eye.

Teach me to see with eyes of faith!

Not the eyes of false faith

the imaginations of my own mind
the implanted suggestions of others
mere wishful thinking

but eyes opened by You

to see the visions You have prepared for me
the dreams You hold in store for me.

You promised You would do that for all Your people, young and old –
not merely for apostles, prophets and super Christians.

O God.

That means me!

When it serves Your purpose
and You know I’m ready to handle it

Show me the invisible.
