Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with growing confidence: 

“She let them down by a rope through the window…”
(Joshua 2:15)

I’ve had some close ones, too, Jesus…

but You always provide that rope
always show me the right window.

So why do I experience such strong anxiety

when I’m ropeless
when I can’t determine which window?

Have You ever failed to come through for me?

No!

True…You almost always surprise me – often shock me –

with how You come through…
but the point is

You do.

Please, LORD!

Help me remember this amazing, comforting truth
every time the lions close in.
