Lazaroo – Saturday, October 26, 2013

Oct 26, 2013 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with lavish love:

“Strengthen me with raisins, refresh me with apples, for I am faint with love.”
(Song of Songs 2:5)

The love between a man and woman is beautiful, Jesus.

You created it
feed it
nurture it.

It makes the couple delirious

the onlooking world nauseous.

Well…maybe not the entire rest of the world –

just that part that has never known such love
or who has known it…and lost it.

As Solomon’s bride is faint with love for him

You deserve that same, all-consuming passion
from Your bride, the Church.

Let’s see…

that would include me, wouldn’t it?
