Seek Godly clarity as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:

“So the decree was issued to put the wise men to death, and men were sent to look for Daniel and his friends to put them to death.”
(Daniel 2:13)

This was absolutely unfair, Jesus!

Daniel and his friends had nothing to do with the failure of the other wise men to interpret the king’s dream –

but they were being lumped into the same group
about to be executed with all the rest.

I hate it when that happens to me!

I don’t want to be lumped in with all the rest.

I’m unique
one-of-a-kind.

I should be judged on my own merits

not disregarded
looked down on
disrespected
condemned

because of somebody’s arbitrary judgment
about the group to which they think I belong:

family
sex
skin color
country of origin.

Why do they do that to me?

I guess for the same reasons
I do it to them.
