Pray the words of this Lazaroo, with sober attention:

“Because of you I will rebuke your descendants…”
(Malachi 2:3)

 You promised You wouldn’t punish children for the sins of their parents, Jesus.

So what’s up with this?

I don’t want those who come after me to pay for the wrong I’ve done!
And I certainly don’t want to suffer for the sins of my ancestors.

Oh.
That won’t happen, will it?

Unless those who follow me repeat my sins.
Unless I follow the bad example of my ancestors.

Am I repeating any unwise behavior of my parents or grandparents?

Please help me stop.
I don’t want to pass that on.
