I’ve never seen You, Jesus – not in the flesh.

But I have tried to picture You
nailed to the cross

for me.

The image is too horrible for me to bear.
I can’t hold it in my mind for long.

To think that I put You there –

My sins
Your love for me

I try…but I can’t get hold of it.
Can’t take it in.

All I can do
is devote the rest of my life

to You.
