Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with over-the-top trust: 

“…the leaders rebelled against me.”
(Jeremiah 2:8)

That’s bad news, Jesus.

It’s scary enough when the masses turn away from You.
But when the leaders rebel against You?

It gets downright ugly.

Come to think of it…

it’s when the leaders rebel
that the masses are most likely to turn away.

Who are my leaders, LORD?
Are they following You or rebelling?

Deliver me from the rebels!
Help me redouble my support of the faithful ones.

Who am I leading, Father?

Please inspire them to follow me
