Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud in holy fear, filled with awe:

“The LORD said to me, ‘From the north disaster will be poured out on all who live in the land. I am about to summon all the peoples of the northern kingdoms,’ declares the LORD. ‘Their kings will come and set up their thrones in the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem; they will come against all her surrounding walls and against all the towns of Judah.’”

You’ve given me free will, Jesus –

at least, that’s what it feels like to me.

Sorta.

I’m responsible for my sinful actions.

Whatever punishment You hand out
I have coming.

On the other hand…

when good is found in me
all the glory belongs to You.

So the debate rages

between those who believe they have a choice
and those who believe You do all the choosing.

All I know for sure is…

when You snap Your fingers

everybody runs.
