Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with white-hot fervor: 

“Did God really say…”

That’s one of Satan’s top goals, isn’t it, Jesus –

to cast doubt on Your Word
to make people think they didn’t hear You right.

He did it to the first woman, all the way back in the Garden of Eden

and he’s still pulling that same stunt on me today.

Of course, these days he seldom shows up in the form of a snake

preferring to disguise himself as friends, education, entertainment

though a snake he is…and a snake he will always be.
