Lazaroo – Tuesday, June 12, 2012

Jun 12, 2012 I Lazaroo.

Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in deepest gratitude:

“Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an evil spirit cried out, ‘What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!’ ‘Be quiet!’ said Jesus sternly. ‘Come out of him!’ The evil spirit shook the man violently and came out of him with a shriek.”
(Mark 1:23-26)

Okay, Jesus…

this is a lot to take in.

First, an observation:

If there were demon-possessed people in Your synagogue
there are probably demon-possessed people in today’s church.

This explains quite a bit.

Of course, a skeptic might object:

“This sounds like something lifted straight out of a Hollywood horror movie.”

A Bible scholar might respond:

“Actually, Hollywood lifted it straight out of the Bible.”

Most of all, I’m grateful for this awesome truth:

When You say “Get out!”

demons leave.

What is Lazaroo?
