Allow the healthy fear of God to rise up wthin you, as you pray aloud the words of this Lazaroo:

“I brought you into a fertile land to eat its fruit and rich produce. But you came and defiled my land and made my inheritance detestable.”
(Jeremiah 2:7)

This is serious, isn’t it, Jesus?

Returning evil for good.

The very idea that I would accept Your love

lavishly poured out on me directly
and through others

then take full advantage of what You’ve given me

while harming Your trusting servants
through whom You gave it.

All who behave this treacherously bring down on themselves a terrible curse, don’t they?

May I never be counted among their number.
