Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, in overwhelmed, grateful security:

“God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church…”
(Ephesians 1:22)

Because of my faith in You alone as my LORD and Savior, Jesus –

I’m in Your Church.

Because I’m in Your Church,

everything You do
everything You allow to happen

ends up benefiting me.

That doesn’t mean I’ll live a life free of

heartache
shock
disappointment
loss
struggle
suffering
pain.

It just means that when everything is said and done

every bit of it
will have been worth it.

If only I can get hold of that truth –

grasp it
embrace it
believe it
hold it close

squeeze out every last drop of its powerful assurance!

You will use it in my life to banish all fear
eliminate all negative pressure.

Oh, I’ll still be driven to push, drive, succeed –

but solely out of utter gratitude

to You.
