Pray the words of this Lazaroo aloud, with white-hot fervor:

“…he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones.”
(Proverbs 2:8)

I read that and immediately I want to do two things, Jesus:

Be just.
Be one of Your faithful ones.

I started to just say, “Be faithful.”

But that’s not enough, is it?

Evil people are faithful to Satan.

Evil people are faithful to

lie
cheat
steal
manipulate
deceive.

They’re even faithful to their loyal followers
…until it no longer serves their evil purpose.

So it’s absolutely vital that I’m one of Your faithful ones.

Because only when You guard and protect me
am I safe.
